"You don't even look Italian!"

Jersey Shore washed up in 2009 during a time when MTV was having an identity crisis and pushing reality shows instead of music videos, which made the channel a trendsetter in the 1980s. The series initially focused on eight housemates -- Pauly D, Snooki, the Situation, Jwoww, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Angelina Pivarnick and Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola -- as they drank, got tan, did laundry, worked out, fought and behaved badly at a vacation home in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. In later seasons, the group moved to South Beach, Florida and then to Florence, Italy. The unapologetically trashy show became a pop-culture sensation and spawned several spin-offs, including Snooki & Jwoww, The Pauly D Project and The Sorrentinos. In 2018, seven cast members reunited for Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, which has them living together in a house in Miami, Florida.

Jersey Shore ended its initial run in 2012, and although some of the cast members have stayed in the spotlight, others have fallen off the radar a bit. There have been marriages, divorces, babies and brushes with the law since then, and some of your favorite Shore members look surprisingly different.
